My Artstory

Hello, thank you so much for stopping by.😊

I'm a 50 year old mother of 2 boys, 1 adult and 1 teenager. I started surfing Youtube during the pandemic (not a lot else to do after home scool 😊). And quickly i got hooked, i watched houndreds of hours of videos, and bought some paint and mediums. As i live i Denmark I don't have easy access to materials as many other countries, Due to Denmarks strict rules. I love and support the effort of being sustainable. And we do have an obligation to protect and preserve our natur. By doing that, we protect our children and their future. However it does complicate things, when you're name is Heidi and you just wants to paint. 😁

Anyway, i was ready to do my first attempt and my youngest son said. "Mom, you should make your own YouTube account, and make videos of all your pours. That way you can pay forward, and let every new artist learn from you're mistakes, so they don't have to. Just as you've learned so much from the videos others YouTubers have posted. Oh And Mom, you have to go international, so speak English, and when you hit 1000 subscribers, we selebrate with strawberry cake"... Not much pressure... 🙈 (we made a compromise at 500 subscribers, since i never would have thought i would get more tham max. 100, i felt that 1000 was quite unrealistic) at the moment im approaching the 1000. 😁

That's how my jurney started, and now 2 years later, people have been asking (for a while now) for a website, a chance to buy my art, and a way to support me with donation. I'm not in it for the money, for me creating is balm for my soul and mind, and i love to share my experiences, and help others. Creating do take a lot, so I've desided to take the next step, and make this website, a Facebook page, a merchandise shop, and a Paypal account.

I hope you enjoyed stopping by, and if you have any question, requests or comments. Please don't hesitate to reach out, and i'll answer as soon as possible.
